Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch collard greens, stems removed and sliced into strips
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 medium navel orange

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
- Add collards and continue to cook 3-5 minutes or until softened.
- Add salt and raisins, sauté 3 minutes.
- Slice orange in half and squeeze juice over greens; cook 1 minute more.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
