- 1 whole grapefruit
- 2 navel oranges
- 4 mandarin oranges
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh mint, roughly chopped
- Cut off the top and bottom of each grapefruit and orange; remove rind and pith. Then remove membrane surrounding each segment and tenderly put each section into a bowl.
- Drizzle honey over citrus and add mint, then gently mix salad together. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
