Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp green onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground back pepper
Raita Sauce
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 4 sprigs mint leaves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
- Combine chicken wings, oil, soy sauce, green onions, garlic and spices in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, seal bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Spread out wings on a large baking dish.
- Bake until wings are browned and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
- Mix together yogurt, mint, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Serve wings with raita sauce and enjoy!
