Ingredients
  • 24 chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp green onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground back pepper
Raita Sauce
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 4 sprigs mint leaves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Combine chicken wings, oil, soy sauce, green onions, garlic and spices in a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air, seal bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  3. Spread out wings on a large baking dish.
  4. Bake until wings are browned and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
  5. Mix together yogurt, mint, salt and pepper until smooth.
  6. Serve wings with raita sauce and enjoy!
