  • 2 medium salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Double line a baking pan with foil. Lay salmon on foil and fold sides of foil around salmon to ensure the marinade does not leak.
  3. Stir together melted butter, honey, and garlic. Pour mixture over salmon.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. Serve with cilantro on top. Delicious over rice!
