
Delicious sauce, perfect for batch cooking and meal prep!
Ingredients
- 5 green onions
- 2 oz ginger (two fingers worth)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- optional: Thai chili

- Chop green onion and ginger finely. If using Thai chili, slice finely and add. We suggest using a glove to do this as Thai chili peppers are very spicy.
- Heat up avocado oil in a pan.
- Carefully pour hot oil over ginger and onions. It will sizzle!
- Mix in salt
- Once cooled you can store this in the fridge. This is a pretty chunky sauce, you can keep in in bigger chunks, or blend to a finer consistency based on your preference.
