  • 4 oz Stickney Hill Plain Chèvre
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into a log. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Serve with crackers or baguette. Delicious with cucumbers and tomato!
