  • 1 lb. Ferndale ground turkey
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped (or substitute 2 tsp. dried parsley)
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 whole hamburger buns

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 flat patties.
  2. Preheat grill for high heat.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Serve on a bun with desired toppings.
Recipe Notes

Make this recipe your own by adding an additional teaspoon of your favorite spice such as paprika, chili powder, or ground mustard.
