A sweet, smoky meatloaf dish!

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 Tbsp barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, use your hands to mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, the mustard, 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Take care not to overwork the mixture.
  3. Shape into a log and add it to an oiled baking dish. Do not pack the meat too tightly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce, the remaining Worcestershire sauce, and the honey. Pour evenly over the meatloaf and bake for 40-45 minutes.
