- 5 cup mixed greens
- 2 medium pear, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and 1/4 tsp salt in a large bowl.
- Slice Pears. Add pears, walnuts, and cheese to lettuce. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
