Ingredients
- 1 lb. mahi- mahi, cut lengthwise into 1" pieces
- 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 bottle hot sauce (optional)

Instructions
- Combine seasoning in a small bowl; sprinkle over both sides of fish.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a deep, wide skillet over medium heat.
- Add seasoned fish to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- In a small skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil over medium heat and fry tortillas until soft and warm, about 30 seconds per side.
- Fill tortillas with fish, onion, cilantro, tomato, and avocado. Squeeze a wedge of lime over the fish and hot sauce (optional), to taste.
