Ingredients
- 1 whole mango fruit cut away from skin and pit
- 1/2 cup unsweetened yogurt
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tsp rose water (found in our baking aisle)
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 pinch sugar or other sweetener (optional)
