Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mango, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Toss mango, green pepper, onion, jalapeno, cumin and cilantro in a mixing bowl with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Salsa may be prepared up to a day in advance, to allow flavors to combine.
