Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1/3 cup olives
- 1/2 small red onion
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp Greek oregano

Instructions
- Combine all vegetables and olives in a large bowl.
- Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, basil and oregano to a large bowl with the vegetables. Toss and serve.
