Juicy summer melon pairs beautifully with salty, savory prosciutto. Stick to one type of melon or mix and match!

  • 1 cantaloupe, honeydew or mini watermelon
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 8 oz. ciliegine mozzarella balls
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)

Servings: skewers
  1. Halve melon, scooping out and discarding seeds if using a cantaloupe or honeydew. Use a melon baller to scoop 24 melon balls.
  2. Place a melon ball, basil leaf, mozzarella ball, folded slice of prosciutto, and a second melon ball on each skewer.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
