- 5 oz. spring mix or greens of choice
- 2 large oranges, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- Add salad ingredients to a large bowl.
- To make the dressing, combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add dressing to salad ingredients and serve.
