Ingredients
- 1 medium papaya, peeled and diced
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 medium mango, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup jicama, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped
- 2 Tbsp rasperry vinaigrette

- Combine papaya, avocado, mango, jicama, walnuts in a bowl. Pour in raspberry vinaigrette and toss until all ingredients are coated.
