Ingredients
- 2 cups dry roasted lightly salted peanuts
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste

Instructions
- Using a blender or food processor, pulse peanuts until fine. Add dates and salt and process until a dough forms. The mixture should hold together when pinched between two fingers. If too dry, add a few drops of water until combined.
- Pour the dough onto a sheet of wax paper and press together to make a flat square, about 1 inch high. Slice into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
