Ingredients
- 2 cups oats (gluten free if needed)
- 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger

- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well. Divide into 4 portions and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
