Ingredients
  • 2 cups oats (gluten free if needed)
  • 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well. Divide into 4 portions and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
