- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup roasted cashew pieces
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic to skillet when oil is warm. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add Swiss chard to skillet and saute until wilted, approx. 4 minutes.
- Add cashews and stir for 1 minute.
- Enjoy plain, or serve over brown rice or quinoa.
