  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashew pieces

Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic to skillet when oil is warm. Saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Swiss chard to skillet and saute until wilted, approx. 4 minutes.
  4. Add cashews and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Enjoy plain, or serve over brown rice or quinoa.
