Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2/3 cup roasted cashew pieces
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 splash balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt & pepper, to taste

- Combine the basil, spinach, garlic, cashews, and balsamic vinegar in a food processor or blender and pulse until coarsely chopped. Slowly drizzle in the oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
