Ingredients
- 12 oz smoked whitefish, skin removed, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/2 cup green apple, diced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh chives, minced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

- In a large mixing bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and chives.
- Toss with the roughly-chopped whitefish, celery and apple, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
