Ingredients
  • 5 oz. organic baby spinach
  • 4 cups organic seedless watermelon cubed and chilled
  • 1 cup Sartori Bellavitano Balsamic cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups organic walnuts crumbled
  • 1 pinch organic walnut oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 bottle Salad Girl Fresh Organic Lemony Herb Vinaigrette

Instructions
  1. Arrange baby spinach upon a large platter or in a shallow bowl
  2. Sprinkle with grated cheese
  3. Toss organic walnuts with a pinch of walnut oil and a pinch of sea salt
  4. Decorate salad with fresh watermelon cubes and organic walnuts
  5. Drizzle with Salad Girl dressing just prior to serving
