Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 2 medium salmon fillets
- 1 medium green onion, diced

- Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
- Place salmon in a baking dish and coat with the marinade. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Top with green onion.
