Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-2 Tbsp. raw honey, to taste
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar or bowl with sealable lid. Shake until honey dissolves and ingredients become well combined.
- Add additional honey, salt, or pepper to taste. For best flavor, chill dressing for 30 minutes in fridge prior to serving.
